New product programs needing a tooling and production partner

Custom molding programs
Custom injection molding for
OEM parts & production.
A practical injection molding partner for custom plastic parts, tooling, sampling and production programs across Europe, North America and the Middle East.
For OEM and product teams across Europe, North America & the Middle East
A practical sourcing route
Make the next
decision clearer.
From an early part brief to repeat production, InjeForm helps OEM and product teams coordinate DFM, mold tooling, sampling, molding, inspection and export-ready delivery. The right program depends on geometry, material, annual demand, appearance, function and the evidence your customer requires.
Project fit

What buyers can align
Evidence that supports
the next gate.
Scope the work around decisions and records—not broad promises.
DFM feedback and mold concept discussion
Defined with the part, tool, material, volume and acceptance requirements in scope.
Tooling quote with stated assumptions and milestones
Defined with the part, tool, material, volume and acceptance requirements in scope.
T0/T1 samples, inspection evidence and change records
Defined with the part, tool, material, volume and acceptance requirements in scope.
Production, quality and shipment handover planning
Defined with the part, tool, material, volume and acceptance requirements in scope.
Decision framework
Compare the
trade-offs.
| Project stage | Useful route | Buyer should define |
|---|---|---|
| Prototype | Prototype or bridge tooling | Learning goals, sample quantity and next design gate |
| Launch | Production tool with controlled trials | Annual volume, material, appearance and acceptance criteria |
| Series | Multi-cavity or optimized production molding | Cycle, cavity balance, inspection and supply plan |
How the conversation moves
From brief to
controlled next step.
Use the first conversation to identify what is known, what is open and what evidence should come next.
- 01
Share CAD, drawings, resin direction, target volume and timing.
- 02
Review DFM, tooling assumptions, critical features and commercial scope.
- 03
Approve the tool concept, trial plan and sample evidence.
- 04
Release production with agreed quality and export documentation.
Buyer questions
Clear answers before
you commit.
What should I send for a custom injection molding quote?+
Send a 3D model or drawing, expected annual volume, target resin, colour or finish, critical interfaces, target market and timing. If some inputs are not final, label them as assumptions so the quotation can state what remains open.
Can InjeForm support both tooling and production?+
The program can be scoped across mold design, tool build, trial, molding, inspection and delivery. The exact scope, capacity and acceptance evidence should be confirmed against the part and forecast rather than assumed from a general service description.
Is custom injection molding suitable for a first product launch?+
It can be, when the design is sufficiently defined and the team chooses a tooling route that matches the validation stage, volume and cash-flow plan. A DFM review should happen before committing to a production mold.
